Retirement home

A Caritas Mariana volunteer provides food and drink for poor elder men at a slum in Nakuru

In Kenya he elderly are often left alone, hardly anyone takes care of them.
Caritas Mariana has accepted the challenge, and is eager to get in action for these valuable fellow people. For this cause we want to build as many retirement homes as necessary.

A faithful member of Caritas Mariana Kenya, Isaak Mathenge, Mayor of Nanyuki has provided us a piece of land for this cause. The construction of a retirement home will cost about 38.000 Euros for 20 care places. We need support for the construction and maintenance of the home.
