From August 23rd till August 25th representatives of our partner organisation Ripples International (http://www.saveafricanaidschildren.org/) visited Thika and conducted an evaluation of our organisation together with the Caritas Mariana Team, representatives of the local community and relatives of some of the children.

The strengths and weaknesses of Caritas Mariana Children's Home were identified and analized.

On Sep 2nd a follow up meeting took place in Meru, the home city of Ripples International, where the structures of Caritas Mariana Kenya were analized in detail and suggestions for improvement were elaborated.

With these results it should be possible to eliminate weaknesses in the organisation and to achieve goals even more efficiently.
